This course is designed to give candidates the necessary theoretical and practical skills to enable them to safely operate Skidsteers.

• Practical training and test.

Certification Routes
NPORS Traditional Route:
• Valid for 3 years
• No NVQ or CITB Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) test required

NPORS–CSCS Route:
• Red card (valid for 2 years) issued upon completion
• CITB HS&E (CSCS) test must have been passed within 2 years prior to the course
• Blue card (valid for 5 years) issued upon completion of a relevant NVQ
• Already hold the NVQ? A blue card will be issued immediately

If required, we can assist with arranging the CITB Health, Safety & Environment touch screen test.

Candidates are required to bring paper and a pen to make notes during their training.

All candidates must bring with them one of the following forms of ID:

• A valid passport – no more than 6 months out of date
• A valid UK photo driving license - no more than 6 months out of date
• A photographic employee ID card 
• A photographic ID card from an awarding body (e.g. IPAF, RTITB, NPORS)
