Directions
We are situated just outside Sywell Aerodrome located on the edge of Sywell village in Northamptonshire, 4 miles from the centre of Wellingborough and 10 miles from the centre of Northampton. Sywell is no more than an hour away from Coventry, Milton Keynes, Bedford and Cambridge and can be reached either by the A43 Northampton to Kettering Road or from the A509 in Wellingborough. In either case, follow signs for Sywell Aerodrome. Once you reach the Aerodrome, please do not go through the main gate, as we are located outside of this and just to the left. If you are using a Satalite Navigation system please use the postcode: NN6 0BN.

Who is this qualification for?
The objective of this qualification is to give learners introductory knowledge in Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS). The mandatory content of this qualification covers the Drone Code, what a drone is and how it works, counter drone technologies and measures, legal and ethical considerations when encountering drones in low airspaces, current and potential threats, completing threat assessments and risk management, and the practical applications and continuous development of low airspace security.
How long will it take?
To complete this qualification learners should expect to undertake 7 hours of learning, typically over one day.

Assessment method
The examination for this qualification contains 40 multiple choice questions that must be completed within 60 minutes. Successful learners must achieve a score of at least 28 out of 40 (70%) to gain a pass
