We have a catering van which visits our premises and there are several other facilities close by where food and drinks can be purchased.  A refrigerator and a microwave are available for use in our canteen.

We have free onsite parking where a Reverse Park Policy is in place.  Please note it is mandatory for you to adhere to this policy if using our parking facilities. 

This course is for those who have entered, or are about to enter, the construction and civil engineering industry as a member of the workforce, to help them understand the potential hazards that they face at work on site.

Upon successful completion of this course, candidates will receive a CITB Site Safety Plus certificate.

Delegates must be competent in English at operative level. This course is suited to all ability levels.

This course provides a practical summary of health and safety, welfare and environmental issues identifying individual responsibilities for looking after themselves and others, what the employers duties are and what should be done if they think anyones health and safety is being put at risk. This course is also an alternative route to the QCF Level 1 Award in Health and Safety in a Construction Environment for the CSCS Labourer Card.

This course provides health and safety awareness and is endorsed by Build UK as standard training for all operatives on site.

• Theoretical training and assessment. 
• Assessment will be by multiple-choice question paper at the end of the course. Delegates are also expected to actively participate during the course.

Delegates must be competent in English at operative level. This course is suited to all ability levels. 

Any candidate under the age of 18 must complete a parental consent form and return this to us prior to the course start date.

Candidates are required to bring paper and a pen to make notes during their training.

All candidates must bring with them one of the following forms of ID

• A valid passport – no more than 6 months out of date
• A valid UK photo driving license - no more than 6 months out of date
