Complimentary hot and cold drinks are available throuhout the day.

We have a catering van which visits our premises and there are several other facilities close by where food and drinks can be purchased. A refrigerator and a microwave is available for use in our canteen. 

We have free onsite parking where a Reverse Park Policy is in place. Please note it is mandatory for you to adhere to this policy if using our parking facilities. 

This qualification is for those working in confined spaces either in a water or non-water environment.

This unit is for anyone working in a low risk environment and includes preparing to enter and work safely, entering and exiting confined spaces safely, using equipment and tools, following procedures and dealing with emergencies.

Upon successful completion of this course, candidates will receive a City and Guilds certificate.

The aim of this unit is to reflect the national occupational standard for a low risk related confined space environment.

This unit covers both water and non-water industry areas.

Water: this may include working with potable water, sewage treatment processes, drain and sewer cleaning operations or where the operative is working in or near water or where a confined space is subject to surface water flooding.

Non-water: this may include pharmaceutical, petrochemical, asbestos removal, vehicle manufacture and servicing, aeronautical, construction, communications, power, utilities, gas, electrical and mechanical engineering and some elements 
of work operations in mines, quarries and tunnelling.

Theory and practical training, practical observation and short answer question paper.

Candidates must bring with them photographic ID such as an in date driving license or passport.
